The Red Siren by M.L. Tyndall - Book Review

The Red Siren is a tale of redemption in which a young lady by day, has a pirating business by night. Having turned her back on God, Faith Wescott alone is trying to keep the fate of her older sister (that of marriage to an abuser), from herself and her two younger sisters, by amassing a small fortune of her own.

When her admiral father goes off to war, he installs Dajon, an officer in the navy to be guardian to his three youngest daughters. However, this upright captain is intent on pursuing and capturing the pirates that roam the local waters.

I found this book extremely enjoyable to read. The characters are so likable. How could one not like a story about a female pirate? This book has a little bit of a role reversal with a fairy tale theme. Rogue female pirate vs. pristine naval captain. And of course a good romance always blooms out of such a mixture!
