The sun of life has set too swiftly. The days are growing dim; this tiny person standing here is like a candle lit, the rush of light and heat shall make these last few hours special.

Oh Tammy I love it! The sun of life may be setting swiftly on this older generation, but these little ones are the new lights. They still do give a spark or two to these older ones though don't they. My parents adore their grandchildren and they bring so much to their lives.

    Oh, Tammy...wow...

What a poignant, end-of-life perspective. How quickly he sees his life has gone by, how he sees LIFE in this little girl. Beautiful depth in just a few words.

    Thank you :).

As a grandmother I find these words particularly moving.

Wonderful! Beautiful and sweet words of life and light being passed from one generation to the next.

    Beautiful words.

Nurture the children of light for they will be our future.

This is a great reflection on a life. And on the early years of another. So very well done.
